We collect account and business profile information, service activity, customer inquiries you submit, and technical data needed to keep Vehicles99 reliable and secure. When you connect a social channel, the platform may provide an account identifier, display name, profile image, authorized permissions and access credentials.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, keep each company’s and user’s data isolated, label connected accounts, process content at your direction, troubleshoot integrations, improve performance and comply with legal obligations.
For WhatsApp marketing, we record the phone number, date, consent wording and source of permission. We use that evidence to contact only opted-in recipients and to enforce unsubscribe requests. Replying STOP or its supported local equivalent records an opt-out and blocks further marketing messages unless the recipient later gives fresh permission.
3. Connected-platform data
Connected-platform data is used only for features the user authorizes, including publishing approved content to Facebook or Instagram and managing authorized WhatsApp Business accounts, templates and messages. TikTok draft uploads require the user’s final action in TikTok; Direct Post sends content only after the user previews it, chooses visibility and interaction settings, and gives explicit consent.
4. Storage and sharing
Access credentials are encrypted and associated with the correct tenant and user. We share data only as needed to operate Vehicles99 or perform an action you request. We do not sell credentials or personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. You may revoke connected-channel access and request deletion of your account and associated personal data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We verify requests before acting on them.
